B&VIIT Eye Center

Since its establishment in 1994, B&VIIT Eye Center has performed over 100,000 SMILE LASIK surgeries and more than 550,000 vision correction surgeries over 30 years. By analyzing and researching extensive big data on vision correction procedures, the center developed the world’s first artificial intelligence (A.I.) technology for vision correction.

As South Korea’s first-generation vision correction eye center, B&VIIT offers specialized services in vision correction, presbyopia cataract surgery, orthokeratology (dream lenses), and dry eye treatment. The center is staffed by 15 ophthalmology specialists and 180 professional medical staff who are dedicated to providing only accurate and safe surgeries.

[SMILE]
SMILE (Small Incision Lenticule Extraction) is a surgical method that uses the VISUMAX 500 laser to penetrate the corneal surface and extract a lenticule through a micro-incision (approximately 2mm), correcting vision with minimal invasion.

[SMILE PRO]
SMILE PRO is an upgraded version of the SMILE procedure, utilizing the VISUMAX 800 laser. It significantly reduces laser treatment time to under 10 seconds and offers higher precision for faster and clearer vision recovery.

[LASIK]
LASIK involves creating a corneal flap (approximately 20mm in diameter) using a femtosecond laser, lifting it, and then reshaping the corneal stroma with a laser to correct vision.

[LASEK]
LASEK is a vision correction surgery that removes the corneal epithelium and reshapes the corneal stroma using a laser.

[Lens Implant Surgery]
Lens implant surgery involves inserting a corrective lens into the eye. This procedure is safe and suitable for patients with thin corneas, severe myopia, or astigmatism.
